With the Dream Big Princess Journal, you can reflect on your day, write down your goals, create mini projects with the project planner, doodle and sketch your ideas, and decorate your pages with stickers, all as you keep track of your journey toward those big dreams. It is as Tiana’s dad said, “That old star can only take you part of the way, you got to help him with some hard work of your own.” We couldn’t say it better ourselves. Ingredients


Mermaid Tails:
  • Teal food colouring
  • White chocolate
  • Mermaid tail moulds
  • Piping or zip-top bag
Meringue:
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 pinches cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fine sugar
  • Violet gel food colouring
  • Piping bags
  • Star, drop flowers and round pastry tips
Decoration:
  • Crumbled cookies

All cutting and use of appliances should be done by an adult.

Dream Big Princess Journal

This Dream Big Princess Journal Will Help You Stay On Track With Your Dreams.

What You’ll Need

• Cardstock of your choice
• Paper
• Sticker Paper
• Double sided tape or glue
• Scissors
• Hole Puncher
• Ribbon in the colour of your choice
• Dream Big Princess journal printable template

How To Make It

  1. Download and print the Dream Big Princess Journal template. Trim away the white border around the pages.
  2. To make the book jacket, first take the coloured cardstock and fold it into half. Then, take the first page of the Dream Big Princess Journal, fold it into half and stick it onto the centre of the cardstock.
  3. Fold in the remaining cardstock at the sides inwards. These will be the flaps of your book jacket.
  4. Now, take the second page – the one that says “Dream Big Princess” – and take the third page – the one says “Page 1” and “Page 18” – and stick these two pieces of paper together with the printed sides facing out.
  5. Repeat with the remaining pages. For example, stick the page that says “Page 17” and “Page 2” onto the page that says “Page 3” and “Page 16”, and so on and so forth.
  6. Once dry, fold your newly made Dream Big Princess Journal pages into half. Then, arrange them according to their page numbers. Make sure they’re in order!
  7. Place them together with your book jacket and punch 2 holes at the centerfold.
  8. Thread a ribbon through the punched holes to bind your journal together, then tie a simple bow.
  9. Print out the last page of the Dream Big Princess Journal on sticker paper. These are your stickers! Cut them out and decorate your book jacket with them and with any other additional materials that you like.
  10. Doodle in your name and start filling up your journal with your goals, reflections, sketches and projects!
